Day 1
Walkthrough call and photo pull
Thirty minutes on the phone, the way you would walk a site before quoting it. We pull your best project photos, reviews, service list, and the way you actually talk about the work. If your photos are thin, we tell you on day 1, not day 6.

Day 2-3
Design direction
We design the showpiece around your best work, not a generic trade template. On day 3 you see the direction and approve it before we build the full page.

Day 4-5
Build
Real sections, written in your voice. No lorem ipsum and no marketing-speak. The inquiry form is built to qualify: project type, location, budget band, timeline, and photos. Fewer tire-kickers, better first calls.

Punch list
You walk the site the way you would walk a finished job. Send one clean punch list. We work it the same day.

Day 7
Live and handed over
Your domain, your site, your keys. We launch, test the inquiry route, and hand over the working site.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Enough raw material to make the work look like itself.
Before day 1, send what you have. If the photos are weak, we will say so early. Better to fix the inputs than dress up the wrong work.

THE PROMISE
You approve the direction before we build the page.
On day 3, you see the design direction. If it is wrong, we stop and fix the direction before build days begin. No disappearing into a six-week agency maze. No surprise reveal at the end.
WHAT CAN DELAY IT
The schedule holds when the inputs are ready.
The usual delays are simple: missing photos, late feedback, unclear domain access, or deciding mid-build that the business needs a full rebrand. We flag those early and keep the build clean.
If the scope changes, the schedule changes on screen before the work changes.
AFTER LAUNCH
You own the site outright.
We hand over the keys, confirm the inquiry route works, and give you the clean version of what was built. If you want us to keep watch, the care plan covers hosting support, small edits, uptime checks, and light monthly maintenance.
