We review the selected scope, your current site, and the project photos you have. If the scope and inputs match, the quote is the clean starting point. If something material is missing, we say so before the work starts.

No payment is taken on this page. The form starts the quote review and gives both sides a written record of the selected scope. Final scope, timing, taxes/VAT, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins. Requesting this quote does not create a contract.

FAQ

Is the $1,995 homepage enough?

For many owner-led trades, yes. It gives you a premium front door, better inquiry path, service positioning, process, proof, and handover. Add pages only when they help the buyer decide.

Do I have to use the care plan?

No. You own the site outright. The care plan is for owners who want us to keep watch, make small edits, and handle routine maintenance.

Can I change the quote later?

Yes. The configurator is the clean starting point. If scope changes, the total changes before the work does.

What if I do not have good photos?

We will tell you early. Sometimes we can work with existing project shots. Sometimes the right answer is to get better photos before building.

Is this a template?

No. The schedule is repeatable, but the site is built from your work, your photos, your services, and your voice.
